Do the leads integrate with my administration area?
Absolutely. You will get emailed notifications each time you receive a lead and the leads automatically get put into your administration. If you are a brokerage or team, most leads will get reassigned to an agent or team member from the broker.

Why can't I generate these lead on my own?
Getting effective leads and having the necessary tools to manage those leads takes time, energy, cost, and know-how. What are the terms of the contract?
Nu Frontiers' contracts are on a month-to-month basis. If you are already licensing our software, we waive the licensing fee while you are on our purchase-lead program. You can always go back to licensing our software if you are not satisfied with our Purchase Lead program.

Are there maximums or minimums?
No. You may budget for as few or as many leads as you want.

What if you drive more leads than my contract stipulates?
That's a bonus to you! Nu Frontiers will not charge you for extra leads and you will only be responsible for the leads Nu Frontiers drives to your site.

How do I know Nu Frontiers generated a lead to my site?
All our leads are marked with an exclusive Nu Frontiers source.

Can I generate my own leads?
Yes. All Nu Frontiers leads, as stated above, are marked with our source. You may drive traffic to your own site and Nu Frontiers will not charge you for it.

How long does it take to see results?
Seeing results depends upon many factors. Your ability as an agent, or your team's ability, being the most important. Our leads have closed within weeks of coming into our sites, but typically it can take 30 to 90 days for you to see a significant impact from your clients and to seeing revenues.

Can I specify where I want my leads from?
Yes. If you only want downtown Chicago leads, we can generate traffic from that center. You can also generate leads from any suburban Chicago market.

Why does Nu Frontiers cost less?
Our competitors are national companies that spend millions of dollars a year on advertising. Nu Frontiers is local to the Chicago area, specific to the MLSNI. We are more efficient with bringing leads in and thus can pass the savings on to our clients. Does Nu Frontiers take a percentage of any sales?
Absolutely not! Unlike other services, Nu Frontiers only gets compensated on the initial lead. Any sales you make are yours solely and Nu Frontiers will never ask for additional compensation.

How much does it cost?
The cost per lead varies per area. A lead is anyone who submits at a very minimum an email address, first name, and last name. Based on past history, thirty five percent of our leads have phone numbers and thirty five percent are interested in mortgage information. Other fee-paying services can cost 3 or 4 times as much for similar leads and provide you with no management tools.

What typically are your closing rates?
There are many factors associated with closing rates (quality of agents, brokerage, etc..) but over the past year 5% of our leads have closed on properties. Of course, this again is dependent upon many factors such as market conditions, agent quality, and more and is only intended to show you the potential our Purchase Lead program offers.
